Mini Rugby - Niagara Rugby Union - 2011 Season 

Saturday June 25 - Mini Tournament

We look forward to hosting Burlington and Hamilton Mini Rugby this coming Saturday June 25th at our field (Saltfleet High School).

Here is the schedule for the weekend games. Each game will be two 10 minute half's, with a 5 minute break and seven players on the field. It will be Flag Rugby only. We will use the same rules that were used at the Roddy Allan Tournament. Please have the players at the pitch between 8:30-8:45 am.

We will assign the players to both teams on Saturday morning. The teams will be evenly split.

Field 1 - U8
9:20-9:45 - Stoney Creek 1 vs Hamilton
9:55-10:20 - Stoney Creek 1 vs Burlington
10:30-10:55 - Stoney Creek 1 vs Stoney Creek 2

Field 2 - U8

MINI-RUGBY

Boys & Girls ages 6-12 (Grades K-6)

The game for all ages, the tall or short, fast or slow, big or little, girls or boys - there’s a place for you to have GREAT, SAFE FUN playing the world’s fastest growing team sport for kids.

 

Players in the Camels Youth Rugby Program will receive outstanding coaching, a positive sporting experience, their own rugby jersey and ball to keep and a season to remember.

Players will receive weekly training sessions with monthly tournaments around the Golden Horseshoe. “GIVE IT A TRY!”

 

WHEN:  Weekly Saturday Sessions from 9:30-11am
May 7th to Aug 27th

Parent Information

The Stoney Creek Rugby Club will continue to run the non- contact/mini-rugby program during the 2011 season. 

Once again we will be running the sessions on Saturday mornings at Saltfleet High School, starting on Saturday, May 7th, from 9:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. and going right through the summer until the last Saturday in August, with exception of any long weekends.
