Seconds
The B side lead by the backrow of Davies, McBride and Rea kept pace with a solid Barbs side who also wanted to run the ball. The Creek scored after the forwards controlled the ball for 2 phases and pushed the gain line and moved the ball wide to Alex Houston who dummied and went through...5-0 the Creek. More pressure lead to an Alex Houston penalty...8-0 the Creek.... Hard work by John Packer and Adam Davidson at lock allowed the Creek to control the half and keep the score 8-0 at the half.

Off a phase that died moving to the right, a long ball spun back to left allowed Alex Houston to find a gap in the defense and race 35m for the score....13-0 the Creek. Good field position and ball control allowed another Houston penalty...16-0... the Creek. The Barbs added a late try...final score 16-7 the Creek.
Firsts
The first team were in tough against a Barbs team as the Creek had beaten by 41 points at home early in the season. As expected, the Barbs came out and controlled the play and territory. The Barbs scored 13 points before the Creek responded with a try of their own as Shawn Windsor set up Davour Stojanovich...13-5 the Barbs. The Creek comtinued to work hard and counter attack as Windsor set up David Jones to make the score 13-10 at the half.
As good teams do, the Barbs took advantage of Creek mental and physical errors in the second half to score 27 points and shut out the Creek. Final score 40-10 the Barbs.
